The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Hosting the European Observatory Venice Summer School 2024 which address the following objectives: Accommodation (single person use) for 75 people; Meals and hospitality in the form of: Breakfasts, lunches and dinners (as per budget sheet attached Appendix 01); Light refreshment upon arrival (Sunday 21 July 2024 afternoon) Welcome reception and buffet dinner (Sunday 21 July 2024) coffee breaks during the week (8 in total) a Gala seated dinner (Friday, 26 July 2024) Teaching rooms and facilities: 1 lecture room for 60 people (for the whole duration of the event) 3 rooms for breakout groups, with flipcharts (for 5 days from Monday to Friday); 1 secretariat office space with a printer (paper included) linked to a laptop; Technical support including audio visual equipment anda technician to provide on-site assistance, including IT support (all details in the budget sheet). Additional services: Water fountains rental x 3 Water bottles Get-together area rental (Monday 22 July 2024 evening) WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
