The general renovation of the Hof, Stadt und Land vocational school center is being carried out by the city of Hof as the client. The vocational school is located in the southeastern outskirts of Hof am Pestalozziplatz and is accessed via Ascher Strasse. The overall measure is divided into severalIndividual measures - see No. 6 construction process/construction times. The construction project extends to the school building, which was built in 1874 (old building I) and expanded in 1886 (old building II), as well as the intermediate building added in 1958. The old building, the "third school building" in the city of Hof, is a listed buildingstanding structure.

All existing sheet metal parts such as ledge covers, window panels, etc. must be removed from the entire building (old building I and II) and replaced with new copper sheets. The work extends overThe already renovated section of the old building I (new windows) as well as the section of the old building II, which is currently being renovated.
In addition to the windows and cornices, there are decorative gables on the main facade facing Pestalozziplatz 1.
