Description : HOB SHARPENING MACHINE (NEW / USED) Specification: Hob sharpening machine with following features. The machine having fully automatic operation and for regrinding spur gear and worm gear hobs as well as formed cylindrical cutter. The machine should also for sharp cylindrical tools either of the straight or spiral fluted type, with left-hand or right-hand spiral. Range and capacity: 1. Maximum travel of wheel side, approx. 20 (inches) (500 mm). 2. Maximum length machine will grind, approx. 16 (inches) (400 mm). 3. Maximum diameter of work piece admitted. 12 (inches) (300 mm). 4. Maximum diameter of grinding wheel. 12 (inches) (300 mm). 5. Maximum diameter of grinding wheel. 6 1/4 (inches) (160 mm). 6. Maximum depth of cut. 3 3/8 (inches) (85 mm). 7. Wheel spindle speed, approx. 1500 r.p.m. 8. Cross movement of head stock 4 3/4 (inches) (120 mm). If spiral fluted: 9. Maximum spiral lead. a (Alpha) 10. Maximum spiral lead. 5 (inches) 11. Power. 380 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz. Note: Kindly indicate the following separately: (a) FOB unit Price and Total Value. (b) Estimated Sea fright charges. (c) Country of Origin. (d) Minimum delivery period. (e) Port of shipment. (f) Gross weight of consignment. (g) Validity of offer (at least 60 days from due date). (h) Payment will be made only through an irrevocable Letter of Credit for the total FOB value of the order. All bank charges outside Pakistan including L/C confirmation / disbursing charges will be to Sellers / Beneficiary account. (i) Shipment will be made through Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) vassal on freight pay basis. (j) Successful bidder shall be required to furnish Performance Bond in the form of a Bank Guarantee acceptable to PMTF for 10% of the total FOB order value from a schedule Bank in Pakistan after placement of order.
