As part of an open procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV, an office is being sought that will provide specialist planning services for technical equipment (system groups 1, 2, 3, 8) for district heating connection with 1, 200 kW, renewal of heating distribution including control, partial renovation of wiring harnesses, renewal of radiators for 2, 500 square meters of space in the Hessian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy, Transport and Housing (HMWEVW) in Wiesbaden.
HMWEVW district heating connection and heating system
The building of the Ministry of Economics of the State of Hesse in Wiesbaden is to benefit from the current supply of gas via two boilersand a CHP plant will be converted to district heating. For this purpose, the planning for the connection of the local heat transfer station, the renewal of the heating circuit distributors including the control in the existing building, the dimensioning of the supply lines in the individual building sections with, if necessary, partialeise renovations of the lines, the construction of new sub-distribution boards for each building section with connection of the sub-distribution boards to the risers of the building sections, the dimensioning of the supply lines in the individual building sections with, if necessary, partial renovations of the pipesrepairs and the replacement of the radiators are planned for construction phases 9 - 11.
