An amount of Rs. 2, 000/- each as Tender Fee (Non-Refundable) payable in the shape of “Pay Order / Demand Draft” in favor of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Islamabad must be submitted along with Technical Proposal. The technical specifications and prices of respective items / implants / kits will be quoted on prescribed format of Technical and Financial proposals those are available on PPRA website. In this respect, detailed “Instructions” and “Terms & Conditions” have also been uploaded along with “Tender File” of respective tender. Duly filled, signed and stamped tenders / propos als must be submitted before closing date/time. No Tender will be accepted without prescribed format.
