Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Hiring a Warehouse.

Caritas Rwanda through USAID GIMBUKA PROGRAM invites all qualified and eligible bidders to submit their bids for the following tenders:

1. Tender Title: Tender of hiring a Warehouse (Stock);

2. TN: 01/CARITAS RWANDA /USAID GIMBUKA /NOVEMBER/2020;

3. Technical requirement: A Warehouse with the Size between 150m2 and 200m2, located in Kigali City (Gasabo/Nyarugenge/Kicukiro);

4. Rent period: Three (3) Months that can be extended:

5. The submitted bids must be composed by the following documents:
Bidding letter addressed to the Secretary General of Caritas Rwanda:
The rent cost per month (in FRW`). Please indicate if you possess EBM machine or not.
Indicate the location of the Warehouse and Pictures.

N.B: Subcontracting is not allowed. During the evaluation process, Caritas Rwanda representative will visit shortlisted Bidders.
