The objective of the consultancy is the preparation of the National Diagnostic Study on Informality and Migratory Flows in Rural Environments. The study seeks support public policies, labor inspection activities and tripartite social dialogue instruments within the framework of the sectoral pacts of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), in coordination with the Tripartite Working Group (GTT) on the Transition from Informality to Formality in Rural Environments, within the Decent Work and Social Justice project (GLO/24/29/BRA). The work will be developed in collaboration with the ILO, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) and the Brazilian Agency of Cooperation (ABC), combining documentary and quantitative analysis, qualitative research on the ground and evaluation of sector pacts, with the delivery of four products over 120 days, a period that includes approval times and pay.
