Hiring a specialized company to supply 02 (two) 4-way Split Cassette air conditioning units, with a minimum capacity of 60, 000 BTUs each, hot and cold cycle, Inverter technology, new and unused, including complete installation built into an existing modular lining, with structural fixation to the slab, supply of all necessary materials and inputs, specialized labor, adjustments to the lining (removable modular lining with upper structure composed of old lining in wood and slab), electrical adjustments compatible with a three-phase system, execution of a drainage system, operation and startup tests (start-up), issuance of ART by a qualified professional, as well as the preparation and initial execution of the Maintenance Plan, Operation and Control - PMOC, in accordance with current legislation, to meet the needs of the Rio das Antas/SC City Council, in accordance with the conditions and requirements established in the Terms of Reference.
