Continuous service with a qualified technical team (resident on-call), covering 24-hour service, including holidays, with emergency travel within 30 minutes, using tools, equipment, consumables, safety signs, diagnostic software, PPE, and other inputs necessary for the safe and effective execution of activities. Amount : 12 Provision for contracting occasional services, including on-call (emergency) to restore elevators to full operation.
