HIRING A SPECIALIZED COMPANY TO PREPARE TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE HEADQUARTERS OF THE MUNICIPAL CITY HALL OF GUABIRUBA/SC, INCLUDING COMPATIBILIZED PRELIMINARY STUDY, PRELIMINARY PROJECT, LEGAL PROJECT AND EXECUTIVE PROJECT, FOR BUILDING WITH AN AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 1, 500 M². THE PROJECT SHALL COVER ADMINISTRATIVE SECTORS, PUBLIC SERVICE AREAS, MEETING ROOMS, TOILET ROOMS AND SUPPORT AREAS, OBSERVING CRITERIA OF FUNCTIONALITY, ACCESSIBILITY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT STANDARDS. THE PROJECT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED ON A LAND OF 51, 557.34 M², REGISTRATION Nº 25, 830, LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL REGION OF THE MUNICIPALITY, WITH ACCESS THROUGH RUA PREFEITO IVO FISCHER.
