The contracting will be under the execution regime by contract for a global price, without exclusive dedication of labor, including the full supply of tools, equipment, inputs, materials, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protection Equipment (EPCs), safety signage, freight and qualified labor. You Services comprise the following operational macro-steps: 1) Auxiliary, administrative and preliminary services (demolition of ceramic coverings, mechanical soil compaction, removal of doors, gutters, flashings, fiber cement tiles and roots, assembly of scaffolding and environmental disposal of rubble via pa-debrilho); 2) Execution of cast-in-place concrete sidewalks (Fck 20MPa, h=0.10m) in adjacent areas; 3) Installation of a new glazed ceramic floor with a 7cm skirting board in the administrative section; 4) Execution of front walkway on interlocking floor (16-sided block); 5) Facilities electrical with supply and installation of 50 W LED spotlights; 6) Acrylic painting in 3 coats on cemented floor and surroundings; 7) Review and restoration of the fiber cement roof with wooden structure and installation of galvanized steel sheet flashings.
