Hiring an Electrical Engineering company specializing in Electricity Substations to provide recovery, installation and retrofit services (correction with update to adapt to current standards and legislation) with supply and replacement of 3 general protection circuit breakers of 2, 000 Amperes (A) connected to the 3 transformers (individual power of 500 kilovolt-ampere (kVA) of the energy substation housed at the Porto Alegre Police Palace. In addition, alongside the new protection circuit breakers, a three-phase electrical energy analyzer will be supplied and installed with communication module for online access and monitoring of collected data.
