All Interested and Qualified National/International Individual Consultants shall Send Their Proposals Which Include, at Least:
Business Certificate Describing Line of Business and Registration Number/Tin Number (or Equivalent)
Detailed Company Profile Covering Names/Physical Address/Mail Address/Phone/Whatsapp Number/Full Bank Details.
At Least 3 References of Similar Contracts with a Company Similar or Bigger than Horizon Group in Terms of Work Field & Financials.
For Local Consultants/Firms, to Submit Valid Tax & Rssb Clearances/Rbs & Bnr Authorizations (Where Applicable).
More information about Site visit schedule & Tender-s Terms of references enabling interested Consultant/Firm to make comprehensive proposals will be availed upon request through the following email address: “tender@horizongroup.rw” but these should be raised considering below proposals submission deadline which will not be changed.
The deadline for bids submission is 23rd December 2021 not later than 11:45 Pm through the same above-mentioned email address.
