Hiring a company specialized in providing general coordination, planning, organization, production, infrastructure, operation and physical execution services for 02 (two) institutional events in the State of Goiás (Innovation Awards Ceremony in Public Sector and Graduation Ceremony of the Cidadão Tech 60+ Program). The scope of services covers: 1. Infrastructure and General Logistics: Supply and operation of sound system; lighting; image projection; audiovisual production and editing (including script, generated images, editing and finalization of institutional videos); scenography; decoration; master of ceremonies; Front desk; supporting materials; assembly monitoring; operation and disassembly; in addition to other supplies necessary to carry out the events. 2. Operational Management and Alignment: Coordination and articulation of third-party contracts (transport, clothing and food), comprising: 2.1. Food: Definition of activity schedules and organization of the area destined for the production and distribution of food food; 2.2. Bus (Graduation Event): Alignment of arrival and departure times and locations for student transportation; 2.3.
