Expression of Interest are invited for Hire the Service of a Reputable Security Firm.
“EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SECURITY FIRLM “
Grow Energy LLC, a Liberian company 100% funded by the private sector and profit orientated, founded in July 2019. Grow Energy LLC is 96% owned by SWEP Industries S.L, a company that is constituted in Spain. The remaining 4% are shared among private individuals and another Liberian company
SWEP Industries S.L has a contract with Nimba Rubber Incorporated covering the full duration of the concession and beyond that NRI has with the Liberian government. SWEP Industries S.L buys all available and non-producing rubber trees and transforms them into lumber or chips, but both product for export. Grow Energy LLC, on the other hand, acts as the operational pole in this contract. Grow Energy LLC exploit the non- productive trees and convert these into lumber and biomass for the European and Asian market.
Grow Energy is intending to hire the service of a reputable Security firm in Liberia for her operations in the division area for the management of the factory facility. The security will operate in three shift with 8 hours per shift at the factory and residential areas with in the concession areas in Firestone. Security Company “Must have the following”
? Valid business Registration certificate
? Valid tax Clarence
? Accreditation from the Ministry of Justice
? Current client listing for reference if possible with contacts details
? Name of established bank account and salary history for industrial security guards
All “Expression of Interest must include the information listed below where applicable:
(i)Cover letter including a brief category of services you can provide
(ii) Certificate of Business Registration (Legal Registration of the firm/ company)
(iii) Profile of the firm / company
(iv) Indicate the scale of the contracts for the last three years.
(v) Business physical and postal addresses, contact persons, and telephones/e-mails
(vi) Business ownership (names of the Directors/proprietors).
(vii) Letter of recommendation from your banker regarding your financial credibility.
(viii) List of main clients including physical locations, contact persons and telephone/emails,
(ix) Curriculum vital of Senior Management and Technical Staff (List of employees of the firms,
professional and technical with their qualification and experience).
(x) Letter of reference from two existing clients.
