Expression of Interest are invited for Hire Consultancy Services for Preparation of Organizational Climate Study of IGE.
I. the General Inspection of Finance intends to hire consultancy services for preparation
of Organizational climate Study of IGE
2. to this end, can apply for natural persons, legal persons, public or
private, including universities and research institutes.
3. the consultant`s Profile
• higher education preferably with specialization level (master`s degree) in relevantareas in personnel
management;
a. 10 years of proven experience in similar work in administration
Public;
• domain of materials or tools of human resource management in General and
in particular organizational climate;
• field of Mozambican legislation in General and in particular on the Organization
and functioning of Public Administration.
