Procurement of a highly flexible parallel reactor system with at least eight reactors for testing fixed bed catalysts in bulk 2 to 5 g based on gas phase reactions. In future successful and sustainable research for the development of new and novel catalysts, new approaches to the parallelization of reactors with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the test procedures, the reduction of temporal and financial expenses for testing, increasing the reproducibility of the results and knowledge generation necessary. The highest principle in the planning and development of an adopted multi-reactor system is a completely similar behavior of all reactors of the parallel system for comparability of the results.
