Higher-level construction site facilities and construction logistics services

A campus area for the Mannheim Medical Faculty of the University of Heidelberg is to be developed adjacent to the Mannheim University Medical Center site. On this basis, the former Karcher or KeOn the sselhaus grounds in the Wohlgelegen district (formerly Neckarstadt-Ost) of the city of Mannheim, various new university buildings with different uses were built under BNB conditions under the project name "MaReCuM - new building for research and teaching".

Due to the inner-city location, the GrDue to the size of the area, the special nature of the construction site access and furnishing areas, which are only available to a limited extent, as well as the functional buildings in operation on and adjacent to the project area, Vermoegens und Bau Baden Wuerttemberg intends to hire a construction logistics service providert the overall coordination of the processes to ensure optimal, cross-trade and timely construction completion over a period of approx.
