High Resolution Digital Microscopy System (OV PR1165419) As part of the open procedure, an “autoclave for the production of laminates of transparent composite systems” is being put out to tender. What is needed is a high-resolution digital microscopy system for optical Examination, documentation, measurement and three-dimensional analysis of samples from research, development and quality assurance at Fraunhofer IKTS-HD. The system is intended to be used in laboratories as an independent analysis device and to provide a reproducible, enable operator-independent image capture over a very large magnification range. The system should be able to implement at least the following applications: • high-resolution digital imaging including 4K live image display, • software-supported lens change over a very large magnification range, • Live depth of field extension and 3D surface/height profile analysis, • automated 2D and 3D panoramic images with motorized XYZ sample stage, • Near-standard measurement and Analysis functions, especially for roughness, residual dirt and metallographic analyses, • Optional later expandability to include an integrated material analysis unit.
