A HIGH-PERFORMANCE X-RAY DIFFRACTOR is being put out to tender as part of the open procedure. HIGH PERFORMANCE X-RAY DIFFRACTOR (PR800316 OV) What is required is a computer-controlled X-ray diffractometer in vertical Θ-Θ geometry in Bragg-Brentano design. The system is used to support research and development work as well as routine analytics at Fraunhofer IKTS. The system is intended to accommodate at least the following applications in a compact system (the background is the limited space available Installation location) can be realized: - qualitative phase identification, - quantitative phase analysis according to Rietveld, - Texture and stress analysis, - high-temperature XRD analyzes of powders and solids, - PDF analyzes (Pair Distribution Function) in Transmission geometry.
