This list of services describes the construction of the high and low current systems on the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building “Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies”, Sellerstrasse, 13353 Berlin. The The list of services includes the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the following high- and low-voltage technology systems: Production of the horizontal cable route system in the individual levels, - Expansion and addition of sub-distributions, - complete Low-voltage installation including potential equalization, - complete lighting system, - Setting up a KNX control for the interior lighting and the external sun protection systems, - Connection of the external sun protection systems, - Installation of ceiling supply columns to supply office workstations, - complete installation of the laboratories, - Building a passive LAN network. - Creation of inventory and revision documentation, - Production of the required Fire barriers.
