Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) intends to build a modern middleware architecture to further develop its digital sales infrastructure as part of a Europe-wide procurement process. The aim is to improve the existing system landscape to modernize technologically, increase the flexibility and scalability of sales systems and create the basis for future digital innovations in tourism sales. The middleware is intended to act as a central integration and Act as an orchestration layer between existing booking systems, sales channels (e.g. website, app) and other internal and external systems.
