The HERMES Humanities Education in Research, Data and Methods project is supported by nine academic institutions and deals with data literacy in the digital humanities. The HERMES research study program makes it possible Promoting studies on practical application and strengthening the necessary skills in dealing with digital cultural data. As part of HERMES, the German National Library supports up to four studies on its data holdings every year in order to achieve this To be able to better assess the research potential of the data and the research requirements of the inventory. For the year 2026, two data sets will be made available: the entire bibliographic data and the Twitter archive. Aim of the Studies is the application of innovative questions and methods to the data holdings of the German National Library. The method is not specified.
