The subject of this tender is the production of the heating and refrigeration system consisting of distribution and transfer systems. As well as hot water preparation and the redundant cold generator. The heat and cold are generated on site via icestorage system with heat pumps and coolers and primarily ensures the heating and cooling load of the building, including drinking water heating.

A gas condensing boiler is provided as redundancy and for reheating the hot water.

The production as well as the associated buffer storage, piping etcnctions including built-in parts and the control are created on site by a separate trade. The interface to the services described in this tender to the producer side begins at the connection/shut-off valve(s) of the respective buffer storage.
