Heating installations Julius Leber School, Seilerstr. 32, Frankfurt a.M. - Preliminary measures Renewal of the heating system as part of the renewal of the district heating house connection. This includes the renewal of the main heating distribution system MSR technology, the heating pipes and radiators in the main building, the connection of the existing areas (film room, official apartment and sports hall) as well as the insulation of all new heating pipes in accordance with GEG. The construction project includes the renovation of the Main building with a total of nine full floors. The execution period is planned from mid-September 2026 to the end of April 2029.
