The tender concerns the heating installations including technical thermal insulation and fire protection for the new 5-group kindergarten Dietrich Bonhoeffer Center (DBZ) in 67063 Ludwigshafen - Friesenheim, Bexbacher Straße 11. Because of the further Please refer to the tender documents for details. The new building's heat is supplied via the district heating network. For this purpose, a transfer station is installed in the house connection room by TWL. For internal heat distribution there is a Heating circuit distributor with four control groups provided: Building heating Hot water preparation Heating register Ventilation device Heating register Ventilation device Kitchen The piping system is designed as a press system with precision steel pipe (carbon steel). Parts of the Distribution lines run as buried PEX lines under the floor slab (supplied and installed on site). Heat is emitted in the building primarily via extensive underfloor heating.
