Heat supply systems The listed building House 3 (built in 1912, gross floor area approx. 12, 000 m², BRI approx. 43, 900 m³), which was used as a ward until recently, will be converted into 75 apartments for nursing staff from Münchenstift GmbH and of the Munich Clinic gGmbH. The building has a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors and a top floor. The western, single-storey extension (house 3b) and the eastern, two-storey connecting building (house 3a) were built subsequently (construction period approx. 1961 - 1967) and are not part of the monument protection. The subject of this order is the heat supply systems. For further information see section 5.1.
