Lots: Services for the distribution of hot water (thermal energy) through distribution heating networks, except for utilities - Services for servicing the heat metering system are required: - taking and transmitting readings to the energy supply organization; - daily dispatch control of heat metering devices; - adjustment of heat meters, cleaning of flow meters; - install a GPRS modem for daily remote monitoring of the status of metering devices; - provision of a paper report on the consumed heat energy a carrier with the seal of the organization and the signature of an engineer from Teplotransit Karaganda LLP (and only after issuing a certificate of completion of work); - in case of failure of heat metering devices, the supplier undertakes, without requiring additional payment, within two working days days to install your backup devices until the Customer purchases a new device or repairs it; - monitor the timing of instrument verification (provide a shift notification and a commercial proposal for verification); - preparation of heat metering devices for the new heating season with the provision of a commissioning certificate. The metering devices include: - heat calculator (TVA-1, SKS-3) - 2 pieces, flow meter with a diameter of 40 mm - 4 pieces, resistance thermal converter - 2 sets. Place of service Karaganda city, 12 microdistrict, building 3 and 3a. Service provision period: monthly, from January to December 31, 2026.
