Lots: Maintenance services for main heating networks/heating networks and equipment - Maintenance services for heat meters in the amount of 7 pieces. Responsibilities of the Contractor: - during the heating season regularly (not less than once a month) carry out periodic inspection of the heat meter in order to monitor its performance; - washing and cleaning of flow meters in case of contamination; - monitor the voltage of the heat meter-s batteries); - carry out control reliability of electrical and mechanical connections; - make settings for heat meters in accordance with the operating manual for the heat meter; - make monthly printouts of the archive of average hourly values of coolant parameters with transmission To the Customer and the Heat Supply Organization (GKP ATEK) services in electronic form, according to the schedule and within the time limits specified by GKP ATEK; - eliminate deficiencies in the operation of equipment if they occur; repair of the heat meter with replacement of components is carried out for a separate fee and under a separate contract; - at the request of the Heat Supplier, produce an hourly printout, error code; - The Contractor independently submits an application to the Service Provider (GKP ATEK) to remove seals from the heat meter (to eliminate malfunctions), for sealing the heat meter, putting it into operation after adjustment and repair work. Agree with the customer.
