The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for the delivery (lot 1) and assembly (lot 2) of district heating transfer stations for new connections, network densification and renovations in the existing TWS supply area. The framework contract includes in particular: - Lot 1: Delivery of standardized district heating transfer stations in accordance with the technical specifications of the TWS - Lot 2: Assembly and commissioning on site optional - Integration into existing building and district heating technology - Spare parts supply over the contract term Delivery of standardized district heating transfer stations in accordance with the client's technical specifications. Based on the strategic expansion plan up to 2035, a forecast total requirement for district heating transfer stations was determined. This results in an expected annual delivery volume of approx. 233 pieces per year. - The one mentioned Annual requirements represent a non-binding estimated quantity and are used by bidders for calculation purposes. - The client is not obliged to call up the estimated quantities in full. - The actual call volumes may depend on network development, customer connection behavior and external factors General conditions (e.g. regulatory requirements, market developments) may deviate upwards or downwards.
