Delivery of ink cartridges and toner for the city of Karlsruhe The subject of the tender is the conclusion of framework agreements for cost center-related supplies to the offices and facilities of the city of Karlsruhe and the European ones School with “ink cartridges and toners”. The offices are located at various locations throughout the city. The service is advertised in two lots. Offers may be made for one or both lots. At lot 1 are Original products from the device manufacturer and, for lot 2, alternative products that are technically equivalent and compatible with the respective printer model must be offered. The advertised quantities are based on the estimated purchase quantities of the users and the Consumption quantities of previous years, calculated for one year. These calculated quantities may vary depending on the disposition of the departments and institutions making the request under the framework agreement, whereby the final offer price is gross per lot may be exceeded by a maximum of 50% (maximum value, including marginal range). Once this is achieved, the contract is considered fulfilled and the contractual relationship expires. There is no obligation on the part of the client to purchase, minimum purchase quantities are not guaranteed.
