New construction of a three-story daycare center with a partial basement with a four-group daycare center, a two-group kindergarten and six residential units on the second floor.
The building is founded on an elastic reinforced concrete floor slab. Next
is for the upper levelA development core was planned using STB solid construction. Stairs are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete parts. On the upper floors, the building is planned as a wooden structure with cross-laminated timber construction in visual quality. Load-bearing external walls and internal walls are made of cross-laminated timber. Ceilingn made of cross-laminated wood in F 30.
Partition walls without a load-bearing function are designed as plasterboard stud walls with
different wall thicknesses and
planking. The facade formwork is designed as ventilated wooden tongue and groove formwork in silver fir, which can be used both vertically and horizontallyis oriented. The thermal insulation consists of an approx. 400 mm thick soft wood fiber board.
Behind this panel is the main insulation layer of approx. 240 mm made of cellulose fiber.
