Building and interior planning services and services for fire protection in accordance with building regulations GWA - Parsevalstrasse 2 project - building and interior planning and services for fire protection in accordance with building regulations a) Subject of this award are initially the services of building and interior planning. (The technical equipment/electrical planning and the structural planning are awarded separately.) b) The basic services of service phases 3 to 9 of building and interior planning are taken into account The contracts will be awarded in stages in accordance with the draft contract (Part C of the tender documents). Furthermore, the following special service in building and interior planning should be awarded: • Monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period (as Time fee/ LPH 9 - 3rd level) c) Another subject of this award are standard services for fire protection according to building regulations (according to AHO booklet No. 17 Services for fire protection according to building regulations, 4th edition as of December 2022, below called “AHO”) The standard services in service phases 3 to 5 and 8 (according to AHO) will be awarded in stages in accordance with the draft contract (Part C of the tender documents).
