Expression of Interest are invited for Guinea-Bissau Power Sector Vulnerability Assessment
The study will provide an assessment of vulnerability of the Guinea-Bissau power infrastructure to climate disaster risk. The Consultant will propose measures that can be incorporated into project design and associated planning such as the detailed engineering design, location identification, and environmental management plan. The assignment will include (i) a Climate Risk Assessment, to identify high-risk areas (ii) a site-specific Assessment and Project Vulnerability Analysis, to identify their vulnerability to existing trends and anticipated changes in climate (iii) an Identification and Prioritization of Resilience Measures, to address the identify vulnerabilities; (iv) a stakeholders workshop and training, allowing capacity building and transfer of knowledge to local stakeholders.
