GS Barkhausen 3rd BA - Assignment of project management The Barkhausen primary school is located in the town of Porta Westfalica at Ostfeldstraße 15 in the OT Barkhausen. The primary school consists of a main building from 1909 where only the classes are accommodated. The administration and other classrooms are located in the extension area from 1964. The current sports hall with auditorium and cafeteria with OGS rooms as well as a disused teaching swimming pool including side rooms are located adjacent to the Schoolyard as a separate building complex with the address Alte Poststr. 48. Renovation of the primary school site began years ago. In the 1st BA, which was completed in 2023, the old building from 1909 was renovated. In the 2nd BA, which was completed in 2026 is completed, the extension from 1964 will be renovated. In the 2nd BA, the OGS rooms were created and a cafeteria was built as an interim solution so that the building complex can be cleared for the 3rd BA. It's in the basement Heating system that supplies the current building complex of the 3rd BA via a local heating pipe.
