Group framework agreement for the lead buyer category “IT hardware - rental of multifunctional devices” The aim of the award is to conclude new group framework contracts with several economic participants who provide the supply by means of an EU tender in accordance with the SektVO of partner companies with the required multifunctional devices (printing, copying & scanning). - The basic term is 60 months and can be extended by the client up to three times for 12 months each. For the rent of digital printing and copying systems, framework agreements are to be concluded for Thüga AG's associated companies. All requirements should be met by a maximum of 3 powerful partners. Those authorized to access Investment companies include both Thüga and the companies affiliated with Thüga (https://www.thuega.de/die-thuega/thuega-partner), i.e. companies in which a parent company holds the majority of the voting rights and/or the majority of the capital, defined minority investments and companies from purchasing cooperations. The contractors must be able to provide all advertised services to be provided completely and professionally, either independently or with the involvement of subcontractors. All Thüga investments can access the required deliveries and services from the framework agreement in their own name and for their own account. The new devices are rented.
