Tender Details

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the FAH's outdoor facilities. This includes the green areas (including the greywacke areas) as well as the traffic areas with a water-bound surface layer on the FAH property. The cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas serves to maintain the desired level of cleanlinessts standards or the well-maintained external impression of the property and, above all, the maintenance and ensuring of traffic safety (prevention of slipping hazards, e.g. due to leaves, strong grass and herb growth).

All activities are carried out in accordance with this service description and dThe associated list of services (Appendix 1), the statutes of the cities and municipalities of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as in accordance with the valid guidelines for the cleaning and gardening trade and in accordance with the requirements of the care instructions for the plant growth are carried out. Green areas include:probably lawns as well as planted areas and greywacke areas.

Traffic areas in this context include:

- Paths and squares as well as other accessible areas that belong to the building

- Paved outdoor areas

- Parking areas

- Floor drains

- Entrance areas

For all work to be carried out, seend the legal and trade association regulations must be strictly observed. When carrying out maintenance work in traffic areas, the contractor is responsible for implementing the necessary traffic safety measures.
