The management of the municipal swimming facility "PISCINE PALAZZOLO SULL'OGLIO" located in via John Fitzgerald K8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6ennedy, n. 3, owned by the municipality of Palazzolo sull'Oglio, hereinafter always referred to as "Swimming Pool", is entrusted under a concession regime understood as a onerous contract by virtue of which the Municipality of Palazzolo sull'Oglio entrusts the Concessionaire, who is required to payment of a8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6concession fee, the management of the swimming pool, recognizing as compensation only the right to manage the aforementioned swimming pool with the assumption, by the concessionaire himself, of the related operational risk.
