Lots: Agent services for organizing repair/maintenance of microprocessor devices - Diagnostics: inspection of the housing, mechanism, pendulum, weights; checking the clock, chime, melody; detecting wear of axles, bushings, gears; checking cables/chains, drums, anchor passage; assessing the condition of the lubrication Disassembling the mechanism: Removing the pendulum and weights; Removing the mechanism from the case; Complete disassembly of the clock mechanism, strike and melody. Cleaning and washing of parts: Removing old grease and contaminants; Washing parts in a special hourly solution or an ultrasonic bath; Drying and visual inspection of parts after cleaning. Repair and restoration: replacement or restoration of worn bushings (platinum bushing); polishing and straightening of axes; repair or replacement of the escape wheel and anchor; restoration of gear teeth (if necessary); repair of drums, cables or chains; replacing worn springs (if applicable) Assembly and lubrication: Assembling the mechanism in the correct sequence; Lubrication of all operating points with special watches oils; Adjustment of gears and freedom of movement.
