The principal objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of 40 MW grid-connected wind power plant on three (3) potential sites in order to assess possible wind system development and estimate the construction cost, assessment of tariff, performance, and site impacts. Consulting services under the project will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) Procurement Method.
