This project aims to improve revenue collection and strengthen public spending management capacities, through the modernization of customs administration, improve the management and supervision of public spending. This will be done through: (a) the modernization of the customs administration and the sustainable management of public debt in order to increase the collection of commercial revenues, to improve the efficiency and the efficiency of the control of operations legitimate commercials and prevent the growth of public debt at unbearable levels; and (b) strengthen the management and control of public spending thanks to the design and modernization of financial management systems and the strengthening of transparency and responsibility in the use of public resources.
