Tender Details

The Liberia Payments Infrastructure and Systems Upgrade Project-s primary objective is to strengthen the payments ecosystem in Liberia for increased integration and inclusion. The project will primarily impact the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) and government ministries involved in payments, as well as commercial banks and their customers, all of whom will experience improved services. The project seeks to upgrade two key CBL payment systems, the Automated Cheque Processing (ACP) and Automated Clearing House (ACP/ACH) and the Real-time Gross Settlement System (RTGS), as well as the main and recovery datacenters. The project aims to upgrade the systems and infrastructure to acceptable industry standards and facilitate the implementation of a National Electronic Payment Switch (NEPS).
