The Project 2 of the Programme to Strenghthen Food and Nutrition Insecurity in the Sahel (P2-P2RS) primary objective of the P2 P2RS is to contribute to the improvement of living conditions and food and nutritional security in the Sahel. Specifically, it aims to i) increase, on a sustainable and resilient basis, productivity and agro-sylvo-pastoral production in the Sahel, ii) increase incomes from agro-sylvo-pastoral value chains and iii) strengthen the adaptive capacities of populations through better control of climate risks.
