The supplier of the goods must provide a certificate of passage of the goods or a certificate of conformity indicating that it is manufacturer of the product. Availability of a permit: Notification of the start or termination of activities for the wholesale sale of medical products. In case of detection of non-compliance of the goods with the requirements of GOST, as well as damage to the goods through no fault of buyer, the supplier, at his own expense, replaces such goods with goods that meet the quality characteristics within 3 (three) working days from the date of signing the relevant act.
