Lots: Lightweight concrete - Concrete. Ready-mixed concrete grade M 400. Delivery of concrete is carried out at the Customer-s request within one working day from the date of receipt of the application by the Supplier. Delivery is carried out by the Supplier-s specialized vehicles to the site Akmola garrison. The minimum volume of one delivery is at least 9 (nine) m³. Delivery is carried out in batches according to the Customer-s needs during the term of the contract. The time and date of delivery are additionally agreed upon by the parties Customer's request. Transportation of concrete is carried out by concrete mixer trucks, ensuring the preservation of the quality characteristics of the concrete mixture until unloading. The supplier is responsible for compliance with delivery deadlines and safety of products during transportation. Acceptance of the goods is carried out by the Customer's representative for quantity and quality at the place of delivery. In the event of a discrepancy between the quality or volume of supplied concrete and the requirements of this technical specification, the Customer has the right refuse to accept the goods or demand a replacement product. All costs associated with transportation, loading, delivery and unloading of goods to the Customer-s facility are included in the cost of delivery. UNLOADING OF GOODS AT THE CUSTOMER-S WAREHOUSE IS DONE BY SUPPLIER
