General requirements for video surveillance systems: 1) The supplied video surveillance systems must consist of: 5 video surveillance cameras with recording quality not lower than Full HD format with resolution 1920×1080, cameras must have slots for additional memory storage with support for up to 128 GB, with good recording quality in the dark, with the setup of remote information transfer and access to software, installation of a recorder with a monitor in the dispatch service with the ability to connect additional cameras, ensure clean uninterrupted power supply (transformer with UPS). 2) Installation services with supply and commissioning of EHV (bringing into working condition) must include: supply SVN complete with materials and additional equipment for installation and commissioning, access to software for remote monitoring 24/7.. 3) Place of delivery: Karaganda region, Sayak village facilities of Balkhash Zhylu LLP (three modular boiler rooms with one CCTV camera, MKU boiler room under construction, two cameras and a control room (installation of a recorder with a monitor).
