The following advertisement is seeking a specialist planner for the service profiles - technical equipment across all system groups in cost group 400 for the modernization and conversion of the vocational college in Juelich. Structural planning, building physics, pollutant analysis and fire protection are included advertised separately. The property planning has already been taken. The Juelich vocational college is located at Bauhofstrasse 7 / Bongardstrasse 15 in 52428 Juelich. There are currently three departments set up: - Economics and Administration, - Technology and Natural Sciences, and - Nutrition and Supply Management. In addition to the vocational school, a vocational school and a vocational high school are united under one roof. In the current school year, around 1, 500 students are attending the Juelich vocational college. The Juelich vocational college building dates from the early 1960s. In August 2009 the General overhaul of the Juelich vocational college completed as part of the PPP contract for the Dueren district. At that time, 8, 500, 000.00 euros were invested. The renovation and expansion work took around 18 months and was carried out while the school was still in operation with a number of students of around 1, 800 carried out by young people. Following the renovation, the PPP partner took over the operation of the building for 25 years. The vocational college building currently no longer meets the requirements of modern school education.
