GIS-BKJ-TWP Project description The Düren district intends to comprehensively modernize the Jülich vocational college based on the school development planning carried out in 2019 and the feasibility study based on it. The aim is to... to adapt the site's structural, technical and educational infrastructure to today's requirements of modern teaching methods, inclusion, accessibility, sustainability and modern school operations. The Jülich vocational college is located in the Bauhofstraße 7 / Bongardstraße 15 in 52428 Jülich. The departments of economics and administration, technology and natural sciences as well as nutrition and supply management are currently housed there. In addition to the vocational school, there is one under one roof Vocational school and a vocational high school combined. In the current school year, around 1, 500 students are attending the Jülich vocational college. The Jülich vocational college building dates from the early 1960s. In August 2009 the General overhaul of the vocational college completed as part of the Düren district PPP contract. Around 8, 500, 000.00 euros were invested at the time. The renovation and expansion work took around 18 months and was carried out during the ongoing period School operations were carried out with a student population of around 1, 800 young people.
