Landscape framework planning in accordance with §§ 25, 30 HOAI, service phases 1 to 4 Data pre-evaluation and biotope mapping 1. Reason The legally binding creation of a landscape framework plan (LRP for short) for the Gifhorn district took place in 1992 Publication of the landscape framework plan. Due to the now largely outdated data (inventories from the end of the 80s) and statements, the currently valid landscape framework plan no longer meets the current official requirements a landscape framework plan (see Paterak et al. 2001). As a result, it is essential to update the landscape framework plan for the Gifhorn district. 2. Division of lots The comprehensive biotope mapping is a central part of the Inventory of protected species and biotopes as well as landscape (NMU 2001) and thus provides an important working basis for updating the LRP. Because for biotope mapping with prior data evaluation there are significantly different requirements professional qualifications are required and the services cover almost 60% of the total costs, the comprehensive biotope mapping, including the recording and documentation of the legally protected biotopes, is generally protected wall hedges and FFH habitat types are advertised separately from the other services.
