Tender Details

The city of Würselen intends to carry out the energy-efficient renovation of the Wurmtalschule, Scherberg building wing A & B, as well as the gymnasium. For this project, according to Section 55 HOAI, the technical planning of the technical building equipment (TGA), Service phases 1-3 and 5-9 will be commissioned/awarded in stages. Further details can be found in the tender documents. GGS II Scherberg - TGA planning service The Wurmtalschule, Scherberg location, is a school building from the 1950s. The Parcel 85 was built with two blocks (2 floors) and a gymnasium, which are connected by single-story intermediate wings. The outer walls of the basement of wing 1 were renovated in 2014. The toilet facilities in both building wings were renovated in 2022. The administration area and the teachers' room were completely renovated in 2023. A two-story extension building was completed on the site in 2025. This extension includes, among other things, the school cafeteria and the school kitchen. Further There are two classrooms as well as two adjoining rooms and the corresponding toilet facilities. Due to the construction work to date, a building application and a fire protection concept have already been approved, which also apply to the parts of the building to be renovated owns.
